The Role of Psychologist

We are looking for a licensed psychologist. In your role as a psychologist, you will assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues according to the region's guidelines for psychosocial work in primary care. You will work independently with assessments and treatment interventions. Within the team, we value our opportunity for collegial support and collaboration. In primary care, we strive for high accessibility. We work with treatment both individually and in groups. You will be part of the health center's psychosocial team and will also collaborate closely with other professional categories at the health center around the patient.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your Future Workplace

Rosenhälsan is located in beautiful premises in Huskvarna Health Center. Bra Liv Tenhult Health Center is also part of the assignment. There are four psychologist positions, and the team also includes a rehabilitation coordinator with CBT competence.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. If you have CBT competence, it is an advantage. You enjoy and are driven to work for good quality and have the ability to plan, prioritize, implement, and evaluate. As a person, you are empathetic, secure, attentive, and have a good demeanor. You are positive and flexible, and you easily adapt to different situations that may quickly arise in a workplace. We prefer that you are good at working independently in your profession but also have an easy time collaborating and cooperating with others. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
